About the plan

Can I really cancel anytime?

Yes. One tap from your dashboard cancels your coverage at the end of the current month. No cancellation fee, no retention call, no fine print. If you want to come back two months later, your account is still there — one tap restarts it.

How much coverage does my plan offer?

Your subscription’s total coverage is $5,000, based on what you paid for the items.

What’s not covered?

Generally, the plans do not cover used or previously owned items, and you must have a sales receipt showing purchase of the items to be covered, that you received the items, and that you purchased the items and received delivery in the last 30 calendar days before purchasing a plan.

If you purchased used furniture, you can purchase a repair membership program instead of a protection plan to help keep your furniture looking new and functioning.

About the membership

What’s the difference between Protection and Membership?

Protection covers new pieces for damage and stains and is available at a low per-month rate of $9.99 or $19.99.

You can add a Membership for a low monthly fee that helps you repair and keep used items looking new and functioning. Memberships provide you with access to discounted service: touch-ups, repairs, setup, moving help, and priority scheduling. Membership programs are great for items purchased through online marketplaces, like Facebook Marketplace.

What if I don’t want protection at all?

Then start with the membership instead, or pick up a care kit on this page and call us when you need a technician. No subscription is required to use the service network — we just charge at member rates instead of retail rates for anyone who has the membership.

What happens if a claim isn’t covered by the plan?

Every FurnitureRx protection plan includes the Repair Safety Net at no extra cost. So if you have damage the plan doesn’t cover — a rip, a burn, an older inherited piece, anything — you still get access to our managed service network at discounted member rates. You pay only for the service itself, not full retail labor charges. The traditional store plan doesn’t include this; if your claim is denied there, you’re on your own.
